Delivery Policies

All orders processed on nmarcmua.com may be shipped and/or delivered using any of our shipping methods.

Each shipping method delivery period is dependent on:

• the time payment is received

• where the delivery should be made

• the availability of stock 

• if the courier that is chosen is able to deliver your order

Deliveries are made on every business days, may exclude weekends and/or holidays depending on the shipping company. Please check with each delivery company for more information regarding days of delivery.

Orders may be shipped to your home, office or other location of your choice within Jamaica.

Order Tracking

Once your goods are issued to the courier, your order status will be updated and you will be notified via email.

Delivery Rates

The rate charged for the delivery of your order is based on:

• the delivery method selected

• the weight of your products

• your location

• ​

Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the total cost of delivery will be. If a package is delivered to the specified address and no one is available to sign for it, the courier will take it back to their office; in some instances, you will be required to re-pay the delivery cost to have it delivered again. You may also be required to pay a storage fee if packages are left at the courier for an extended period of time.

Back Orders

If an item is “available on back order” then that item may take 1-4 weeks to be delivered to your shipping address. In some cases, the delivery time may be longer. Other items in your cart may be delivered within the delivery period selected.

If you wish to have items shipped separately as they are available, then you may discuss this with us.

Weight

The weight of an item is calculated by the gross package weight.
